Silver March is a new design company with the goal of producing excellent designs that are difficult to find in Indonesia. Where others are messy, we'll amaze them with our simplicity, when others are plain, we'll surpeise them with detailed perfection. We are passionate about design and will never stop learning and doing, to be better.
We are currently looking for that unique Web Designer, who will manage most of the web designs and nitty gritty of social media, if you fit the criteria below, then you may be the one.
Passionate in all things design
We would love a designer that gets involved in many design mediums and areas without limiting themselves in a box. Whether it be branding, layout, typography and illustrations, they all co-exist together in Graphic design.
Knowledgable and Creative.
There's no doubt that we will encounter problems during any design, and there are always 101 ways to solve it. But what matters is knowing where to think, search and look. Problem solving is about creative thinking, and knowledge is applying the right solution to the right problem.
Productive and Determined
Being able to deliver on time means being able to focus on the most important things and finishing it on time.
Learning is THE Journey
The world of the graphic design is limitless and ever changing, no style or trend lasts forever, new techniques must be learn, but that is the beauty of it. Understand that learning and improving is the key to fulfillment and success in becoming a better designer and person.

Requirements:
MUST be excellent in coding HTML5 & CSS3, PHP etc.
Must have good understanding of Wordpress and Joomla.
Capable of creating good layout and design in Photoshop and slicing it.
Capable of integrating and manipulating plugins.
Capable of problem solving effectively and fast.
Diligent, hardworking, honest and responsible.
Able to create a nice webpage from scratch to finish.
Work fast and pay attention to details.
Must be good in Dreamweaver
Capable of designing Responsive Layout and editing existing Responsive Layout.
Age above 20, below 30
Recommended Points:
Capable of creating nice web graphics in Photoshop.
Understand how to do web programming.
Capable of thinking effective alternative solutions quickly.
Really hardworking, having initiative to learn and improve existing and new skills
Good understanding of English language.
