Operation Staff (Bitung)

Responsibilities:
Perform day to day operational tasks
Ensure efficient operational performance
Management of workforce
Monitor and review working practices to maximize performance and productivity & ensure that all procedures and working practices adhere to company standard
Requirements:
Male,
Maximum 35 years old,
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Social Science or related field,
At least 1 year of working experience in shipping company, logistics, forwarding or in the related field is required for this position,
Strong personality, leadership and communication,
To be located in Bitung, North Sulawesi
